Our Other Therapists
Harriet Bettano PT,DPT
Harriet attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1982. Since graduating, she has gained 30+ years of experience practicing in a variety of settings including acute care hospital, rehabilitation hospital, home care, private practice, HMO, women’s health, public schools, and in early intervention for 0-3 year olds. In 2014 she fulfilled a long time dream of returning to school and graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stockton University.
She believes that rehabilitation is a team effort between the client, their family, their health care providers, and their physical therapist; each one brings valuable insight into the unique puzzle that is the reason for referral for physical therapy evaluation and treatment.
Harriet lives in Sparta, NJ and divides her time between her family of five, work, walking, reading, and gardening.
