Dr. Stephen Brinkerhoff DPT
Dr. Stephen believes a full body, holistic approach is necessary to deliver results that lead to long-term performance goals. Under his care, expect to have a thorough discussion about medical history followed by a detailed head-to-toe assessment that seeks to uncover the root cause of symptoms. A goal driven plan will be uniquely tailored to fit what your body needs, including a rationale for treatment interventions provided, all aimed at providing you with an understanding of the origin of your pain.
Dr. Stephen received his undergraduate degree at Dordt University with a focus in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. He then attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy with recognition in the Pro Bono National Honor Society. His willingness to travel the country for a premier educational experience afforded him cutting edge knowledge and exposure to top level, professional PT practices. Dr. Stephen's passion to deliver the highest quality patient-centered care led him to Heritage Health and PT where a completely 1-on-1 model allows for optimal care.
Dr. Stephen stays current with cutting edge treatment philosophy. He dedicates much of his free time to broadening his knowledge with continued education. When his nose is not in the books, you may find him playing soccer locally or surfing at the Jersey shore.
