Reformer Pilates for everyone

Reformer Pilates is a method of exercise that uses a piece of equipment designed with springs and pulleys to provide both support and resistance.  The exercises are performed in a variety of positions and develop strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. 

Sessions are individualized with a focus on rebalancing the musculoskeletal system for improved function.  We use the Stott method, which is a modern approach to the original exercise developed by Joseph Pilates.
